Please note that not all concrete will become perfectly washed due to different conditions it may have gone under.

Grease and oil stains can be removed with an upcharge.

Striping on gutters may not come off with a basic house wash but can be removed upon request with an additional upcharge.

Get your deck washed using a lower pressure to avoid any damage. Composite and wood decks have almost the same process of getting washed.

Keep in mind not all wood is the same and will not all wash the same, but we will do our best to get it as clean as we can without causing any damage.
